This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.LinkedIn’s Business Operations team is seeking a passionate, business savvy and hands-on program manager to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across LinkedIn’s most critical operations (e.g., Financial Planning, Order to Cash, etc.). The individual will work with a diverse team of internal and cross-functional business partners (spanning GBO/Sales, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Engineering & Product functions) to prioritize, plan, and drive initiatives that aim to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and customer and sales experience associated with LinkedIn’s processes. The position is based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale. The Program Manager role will be both strategic and tactical in nature. In addition to strong project organization and delivery capabilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and will be charged with formulating and driving key decisions that will shape significant process, systems, and organizational changes. The Program Manager will also drive communications and will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the program, defined by clear improvements to defined KPIs (key performance indicators).The Program Manager candidate must have a strong track record of influencing and driving change aligned with customers’ needs and strategic objectives, and as such, strong collaboration and communication with key internal partners is essential to the success of this position. This role will enjoy high-level and cross-functional visibility, which will provide significant impacts on LinkedIn’s customer experience and core business and financial operations.  Responsibilities:Responsible for delivering material improvements to LinkedIn’s critical business operations and processes (e.g., Financial Planning, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, etc.) 

Function as the Program lead, accountable for overall process, systems, and change management delivery of concurrent projects of varying complexity, from initiation to project closure.

Lead relationship management and project prioritization in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Work with a core team of stakeholders to recommend, and provide input into decisions around, process, systems, and operational solutions.

Work with cross-functional leaders to ensure that all initiatives are resourced as needed.

Oversee the execution and quality of deliverables across the portfolio of projects. This includes coordination of internal and cross-functional resources, and regular project statuses in cadences agreed upon between the project teams and business stakeholders.

Oversee the associated training, change management, and adoption of all solutions implemented.

Identify, analyze, and measure improvements to the critical business processes.

Hands-on responsibility for the creation and organization of an aggregated view of all program-related project plans.

Manage cross-project dependencies and delivery timelines.

Identify and clearly communicate risks and obstacles, including leveraging LinkedIn strategies for aligning stakeholders and for escalating roadblocks.

 Basic Qualifications 7+ years project/program management or related consulting experience.

Undergraduate degree: Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts.

 Preferred QualificationsPractical experience: Previous experience in management consulting, planning operational roadmaps, implementing complex processes and systems initiatives, across parallel work streams is a plus. Experience rolling out complex solutions, including best practices around training and change management.

Knowledge: A broad, enterprise-wide view of business and underlying operations, processes, technology, and governance.

Team-first attitude: Ability to succeed in a highly collaborative team environment with multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently across multiple groups in a rapidly changing environment

Leadership : Outstanding leadership, facilitation and problem-solving skills. Superior inter-personal, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills. Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.

Effective communications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization.
