We're looking for a Developer-Relationship Associate to maintain a channel of communication with our Top developers on OAuth platform.
The role will require verbal communications with developers, writing emails, publishing, and maintaining developer documentation and escalation management.
The scope of work ranges from communication of policy changes to our top developers, helping them navigate through OAuth privacy guidelines and serving as a channel of communication for any challenges developers face with OAuth platform.
We need someone who excels at handling multiple projects, can work with multiple stakeholders and has the technical know-how to conduct clear and concise communication with developers
Responsibilities:
Get developer perspectives on product launches and changes
Work on go-to-market strategy and messaging
Create and maintain developer documentation, samples and trainings
Reach hundreds of thousands of Android developers worldwide through speaking, social, blogging and video channels
Guide our developer communities and represent their voice(s) and feedback to drive quality and improve the developer experience
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong writing and editing ability
Familiarity with Cloud and Mobile platforms
Ability to write according to our internal style guide
Experience in customer service
Ability to effectively present to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in English, Software Development, or a similar subject Significant experience in managing client relationships
Technical content writing experience
1+ year using HTML in a professional capacity
Previous experience in a leadership capacity
Experience as an active participant in technical/developer communities
Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
