QA Manager

Skills:

Responsibilities and objectives of the role are:

• Manage a team of Quality Assurance Analysts / Engineers specializing in the functional and manual testing of different products
• Develop test strategies, plans, and schedules for web applications
• Architect, Design and lead implementation of robust test automation frameworks, tools, and services
• Work cross-functionally with multiple internal groups (product / design)
• Implementation of QA policies and processes / standards.
• Implement process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple products

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years in managing in quality and testing methodologies
• 5+ years of managing multiple QA teams working on different products / projects
• Experience in building the automation framework
• Good understanding and knowledge on the enterprise applications
• Experience in delivering applications within a continuous deployment model
• Experience in managing the globally distributed team of QA engineers
