The National Exchange Hotel is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team for our meticulously renovated historic hotel. A National Historic Landmark, the National has served Nevada County for more than 165 years and remains one of the most important and iconic businesses in the region.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of management and leadership experience, comfortability with mentoring, training and kitchen management and a passion for culinary excellence.
