Our Sterilization Technician participate in a dynamic team based environment by providing back office support to our Dental team.

Sterilization activities include:

Maintain instruments and working areas in accordance with sterilization/disinfection protocols.

Prepare and arrange instruments, trays, medications and required material.

Perform all tests and maintenance on autoclave equipment.

Participate in in-service training, department and general staff meetings and clinics.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, GED.

Current CPR certification.

Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID - 19 vaccine before date of hire to be considered for employment.

Preferred Qualifications

Possession of a valid State of California Dental X-ray license.

Infection Control Certification

Completion of a dental assist training program, on-the-job training preferred.

We have multidisciplinary health care teams that provide a broad spectrum of services including adult and pediatric primary care, nutrition and health education, women's health services, dental care, orthodontia, mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry, optometry, and pharmacy.
