Safeway Appraisals Inc is seeking Auto Insurance Field Appraisers for daily claims throughout Northern California Regions. The ideal candidate must meet our company standards of superior customer service, accurate repair estimates, and prompt cycle time.
Requirements:
- Audatex, Mitchell, or CCC estimate software experience (autos, RVs, trailers, motorcycles, trucks)
- MS Word/Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organization
Job Duties:
- Field inspections
- Prepare auto repair estimates
- Photograph and caption damages
- Evaluate total loss claims
- Communicate with customers, insureds, repair facility personnel, and insurance company representatives
Education and Experience:
- Minimum two years experience (auto appraising or auto repair)
- ICAR Certification helpful
- Auto Policy knowledge helpful
