We are currently seeking a Mantenance Supervisor to join our team! The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for grounds, general repairs, make units ready for move-ins, completing work orders etc. This is a part time position, however, range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.
Required Skills:
Close attention to detail.
Good attitude and reliable.
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
CPO Certification is preferred, but not required.
