Brewer Heating & Air in Grass Valley is seeking a full time Office Manager Assistant. Our candidate will need to be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must possess administrative/coordination skills and be able to manage the office in a highly organized fashion.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answering multi-line phones in a professional manner.
Dispatching technicians to service calls.
Highly Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks.
Experience in A/R, A/P and Accounting.
Self-Starter be able to stay productive with minimal supervision.
Working as a team with other office staff and technicians.
Position is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
