Position overview: Handle all matters related to payroll for salaried and hourly employees
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Tracking hours from daily reports: review for erros and questions
Distribute daily reports to supervisors and make corrections
Bi-weekly payroll for 5 different service locations
Work with staffing agency for hours, badges, timecards
Weekly recaps
Data entry for timekeeping spreadsheet
Uploading hours for weekly payroll
Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork
Knowing when to ask for help, before moving forward
Attention to detail and accuracy
Computer skills in Microsoft word, Excel, Paycom
