ABOUT CRITERION PROPERTIES:
At Criterion Properties, we provide property management and maintenance services for homes throughout Truckee, North Shore & West Shore communities. Our services are highly personalized to meet the unique needs of each homeowner and include the following:
- Vacation Rental Management
- Property Care taking
- Housekeeping
- Hot Tub Service
- Handyman Service
- Landscape Maintenance & General Yard Cleanups
- Snow Shoveling & Miscellaneous General Laborer Services
Our typical customers include
- 2nd Homeowners who don't necessarily look to rent their homes on the vacation market. Rather, these homes are used primarily for personal enjoyment. 2nd Homeowners realize that ongoing maintenance is required and value the convenience of dealing with one service company as opposed to juggling multiple providers.
- Vacation Rental Owners who are actively looking to maximize rental income. Some of our homeowners prefer to manage on their own. Others are looking to have a professional property manager handle guest inquiries and bookings. Either way, we partner with them to deliver a solution that is both cost competitive and comprehensive!
- Large Estate Owners who are seeking the highest level of personalization and property care taking. We custom tailor solutions that takes into account all the little details that make their property unique.
