Understanding of Healthcare data (claim, EHR, EMR, survey ect)
Working experience with big volume of data like assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional /non-functional business requirements.
Experience on Data Engineering, transformation and validation
Experience on ETL process development (any of OMOP, ADAM, STDM, CDISC ect) – in general specking – Understanding of ETL process for any common data model (extraction, transformation and loading)
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Programming/Technology Experience:-
Advance programming working experience – SQL/Spark-SQL, Python, and Unix and Working Experience on script development in Unix or Python
Experience with AWS cloud services: - S3, EC2, Redshift
Experience with scripting languages: Python and Unix for automation
Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
