Responsibilities:
Working with Customer teams to identify their business needs/pain points
Conduct user interviews and requirement solicitation.
Create Requirement Specification documentation.
Work with IT teams to propose solutions.
Some understanding of IT technologies R Python AWS Databricks etc is required.
Develop summary deck for presentation on the solution to business and IT leadership teams
Required Skills:
Strong and experienced Business Analyst with understanding of R, Python, AWS, Databricks, Spark, SQL ,S3
Databricks and other reporting analytics tools with some Project Management experience.
Knowledge/experience in Clinical Research Development Area is preferred.
Project management (Agile) skills are good to have.
