Data Campaign Developer
Our client is looking for a Data Campaign Developer to join their team! In this role, you will assist with scheduling, developing, and executing digital marketing communications campaigns. This is an opportunity to work with various forms campaigns across email, digital, web, and social media platforms. Reporting to the Campaign Development Manager, you will work to strategize and implement these campaigns per business objectives in a timely, resourceful fashion, and in adherence to set processes.

Additionally, you will:
  • Become well-versed with overall business needs, marketing goals, and campaign strategies
  • Build and enhance automated customer journeys
  • Develop HTML creatives and manage template production and updates
  • Work closely and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure templates meet business needs and follow best practices
  • Function as super user for ESP
  • Identify, develop, and maintain understanding of the “who, what, when and why” behind customer decision-making
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the buyer’s process and market intelligence
  • Provide report(s) of email campaign analytics and insights detailing marketing information and content that influences buying decisions
  • Identify operational improvements and enhancements with campaign workflows
  • Recommend, implement, and keep current with new marketing campaign strategies and designs
  • Identify and run tests to validate effectiveness of any new methods
  • Propose best practices based on campaign performance analysis, industry trends, and technology advancements

What Gets You the Job?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications (preferred) or related field
  • Strong experience with database marketing and campaign management, including enterprise email technology
  • Functional knowledge of database software such as SQL, Cognos, SAS, Access
  • Strong experience with MS Excel, HTML, Dreamweaver, Unica (or similar interactive tool)
  • Preferred knowledge of Adestra or similar ESP
  • Preferred experience with JavaScript
  • Proven ability to visualize system solutions and translate requirements into system enhancements
  • Analytical skills including quantitative analysis (marketing or financial), reporting, mathematics and statistics
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret concepts, documents, diagrams, etc.
  • Firm grasp of campaign management best practices and trends
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
