Projects are new Website rollouts hoping candidates have Oracle EBS/ERP rollout experience with various other projects such as office build outs
Position Summary
The IT Project Manager will lead the company's Global IT projects and be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders and IT staff to develop project scope, goals, deliverables, plans, required resources, budget, and timeline.
Manage IT related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that each project scope is met, is on schedule, and within budget.
Maintain and communicate project plans, timeframes, budget estimates, and status reports.
Coordinate project team members, develop schedules, and assign individual responsibilities.
Conduct risk assessments for projects and effectively communicate any risks to business stakeholders.
Effectively manage the scope of projects by ensuring any scope changes are documented, planned, and any impacts to schedule and budget are noted and approved.
Conduct and participate in lessons learned sessions to improve processes.
