The selected candidate will perform the following duties: - Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations - Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately - Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources - Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed - Manages one or more crossfunctional projects of high complexity - Responsible for the management of one or more medium to largesized, moderately to highly complex projects - Manage Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems - Follow SDLC methodology and deliverables - Manage project plan, staff tasks and progress & report status - Co-ordinate, schedule and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders & distribute meeting minutes - Maintain Quality, Cost & Delivery aspects of the project - Create presentation & communication material relevant to a variety of stake holders including business & IT Leadership - System Analysis for Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems Following SDLC methodology (Agile & Waterfall) and creating deliverables (scope doc/functional specs etc.) - Work shop facilitation(e.g. JAD Sessions), data analysis, business process and workflow analysis/documentation -Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements and combine into a clear and prioritized backlog.
Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience. - Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred. - 7 to 10 years of IT work experience - 5 years managing projects - Advanced ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole - Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets - Advanced ability in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage and quality - Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified - Advanced understanding of multiple project management disciplines - Clear communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders - ability to collaborate well with a diverse set of team members (team player) - Experience delivering projects with Waterfall & Agile Delivery models - Strong Technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects - Ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight - Ability to perform multiple roles (Scrum Master, Project Manager & Business Analysis) - Experience delivering enterprise digital platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions or integrations - Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery experience - Strong Technical project Management background to clearly understand, present & articulate complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects - Ability & Readiness to perform multiple roles (Scrum Master, Project Manager & Business Analysis) - Advanced ability in creating and implementing program and project plans, managing & monitoring budget & progress, resource usage and quality - Experience delivering enterprise digital platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions or integrations
Preferred Skills and Experience: - Experience with Customer Identity & Access Management. - Experience in Information security & Data privacy domains - Experience with Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts & support operations - Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem/family of Products - Automotive industry background
