Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing ground combat doctrine at the strategic, operational and tactical level; conducting research on joint and USMC capability and capacity gaps based upon emerging concepts, force design and USMC doctrine; AND preparing/presenting briefings on emerging and published doctrinal concepts and materials.
