Join us.Country United StatesState CaliforniaCity Universal CityResponsibilitiesQualifications/Requirements 8+ years of relevant direct selling experience in advertising sales (Advanced TV, Data, Addressable, Audience based campaigns and targeting, platforms, OTT, Connected TV)Skills History of consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving growth Strong proficiency in consultative sales principles and concepts Ability to navigate large agency holding companies & brand direct/client teams Existing relationships & rapport with broadcast TV buyers/Investment (agency and brand) Strong negotiation skills Excellent strategic account management skills in terms of relationship management and creating strategic alignment with customer needs Process oriented and creates organizational discipline Understanding of data driven advertising technology, advanced television, addressable television Experience managing the selling and positioning of new product offerings; managing multi-stream projects, tracking status, revenue Ability to analyze market conditions, customer behavior and the competitive landscape to identify levers to assess opportunities Creative problem solver; can bring facts, experience, discernment, and intuition, together for best solutions Thorough understanding of advertising research, attribution, and effectiveness Entrepreneurial spirit and positive “can do” attitude. Ability to create enhancements, features, process out of white space. Knowledge of key data providers and related ecosystem Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and communicate an idea or concept Experience presenting to senior level executives & clients and in new business settings Strong ability to navigate complex highly matrixed sales organizations.
