Service Desk Coordinator II

A client with Kforce is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to join their team onsite in Universal City, CA.

In this role, the Service Desk Coordinator assists management with coordination of resource management and portfolio requests, assist with the building of business cases (where necessary), track progress of recruitment, partner with resource leadership for status, track equipment, and provide reporting on active resource requests and labor management. The Service Desk Coordinator is part of the resource management team, within the Parks Technology Project Management Organization (PMO) business unit and supports establishing strong relationships with all areas of the overall Parks Technology department in order to understand resource needs for project and production support efforts.

High School diploma or GED is required
Bachelor's degree is preferred in Technology or Business
2+ years of experience in a coordinator role within Information Technology, Business Field, Project Management or consulting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of project management concepts or business analysis preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within an organization, with an emphasis on senior level management, combined with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members at all levels
Must have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint; Jira experience a plus
Must have experience with building reports and dashboards and maintaining their integrity
