Our client,

a global entertainment and media company, is actively searching for a

Video Asset Coordinator to join their team in

Universal City, CA!

This position is currently remote, but prospective candidates must be local to the LA area when the team returns to office!

This is a 12 month contract with potential for extension and or conversion

The Video Asset Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the research and fulfillment of the clients' assets (video, audio, metadata artwork etc.) for the Global TV distribution department.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with asset research for fulfillment orders and other projects
  • Create and update purchase orders in proprietary sales and licensing system
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving source related issues and rejections with the team
  • Assist with large content pushes and launches with tight deadlines
  • Establish, track, and manage timelines based on department needs
  • Interact with Servicing Teams, Legal, Marketing, Publicity, Global Media Operations teams to ensure assets are created and properly licensed

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 1-2 years of media or broadcast servicing experience
  • Associates Degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of videotape, digital encoding, closed caption formats, and electronic delivery methods

The Offer
  • Competitive Pay: Up to $22/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 12 months with potential extension and or conversion
