evaluate and integrate existing land logistics process and resources for optimization
head team for development of Land Logistics Import business,
Business development of trucking, brokerage and 3PL warehousing services for the USA (currently Long Beach, Oakland, Chicago,and Baltimore).
Responsible for the revenue business plan, which call for aggressive growth and expansion of the brokerage and trucking business
Strong/proactive communication internally and with customers
Implementation and project management of new business until operations is stabilized
Creative customer solutions
Increase matching percentage to enhance profitability
Manage our sales pipeline tools to improve our close rate
Develop and maintain sales materials including content for the websites
Work with operational departments on pro forma for new business
Ensure investment approvals are prepared and signed prior to acquiring assets for new business
Lead companies with RFP responses for new business
Attend industry events to raise awareness of our brands in the marketplace
Collaborate with industry service providers to enhance our coverage and service offering
Strong Import Land Logistics background required
Capable of developing and executing company import marketing policies and strategies
Capable of developing land logistics market independently
Capable of working close with fellow team and team members on program development and implementation
Able to initiate and follow through multiple land logistics markets projects
10 years of Land Logistics Import Marketing experience in successfully creating Land logistics Marketing projects
Strong communication skills
Must be able to travel to domestics destinations for meetings with representatives and clients
