Job Description

$14/hr. 16 to 24 hrs/week. Varying work times and days.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various building systems.
Operating hi-lifts, trash compactors, and trucks.
Repairing, modifying, and moving retail merchandising units.
Performing minor floor repairs.
Repairing minor concrete and blacktop repairs.
Drywall installation, finishing, painting, and repairs.
Assisting with maintaining inventory records.
Any other work that may be requested of the maintenance department.
Some shift work and shared on-call emergency response is required.

Minimum Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License. General maintenance experience preferred.

Desired Experience, Education and Training: Experience with general maintenance. Basic knowledge of roofing, painting, electrical, landscaping, plumbing and general repair is preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma/GED
3 - 5 years in related experience
Valid Driver's License
