DescriptionRobert Half Direct is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the financial advisor and team at a fast-paced, successful financial planning practice. Our client is one of the top financial advisory practices with one of the largest independent broker dealers in the country and offer opportunity to grow. They serve clients throughout Solano County as well as across the country.Primary responsibilities for this position include: Ensure first impression of our clients is an excellent experience either in person or via phone Answering incoming calls, helping clients when possible, routing calls to appropriate team member and taking messages appropriately Responsible for calendar management; including but not limited to, coordination of Advisor’s schedules, scheduling and confirming client appointments and scheduling follow up appointments Provides operational support to new and existing clients Manage escalated client issues to ensure smooth and efficient client interaction Provides general administrative support, generating reports and preparing correspondence Spearheads and assists with special projects for various areas of the Company Supports compliance within the practiceRequirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience required Undergraduate college degree Knowledge of investment products, policies and procedures helpful Experience with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn other software and technology Demonstrated attention to detail, self-initiated follow-through, outstanding time management and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands Ability to be discreet and keep confidentialityCompetencies: Passion for delivering exceptional client service Eager to learn and ability to learn new things quickly Acute attention to details and organization Effective and clear communicator Team player, collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to learnOfficeTeam, a Robert Half Company, matches professionals in the administrative field on a temporary and temporary-to-full-time basis.
