Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 38 900 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesMaintain a Summary Master Schedule for the site with monthly reports to site & Services management as well as externally for the customer where needed.
Develop & maintain a Master Production Schedule of the site incorporating all projects.
Develop individual project schedules with required granularity using the Critical Path Method and establish the interfaces with all the internal and external contributors.
Determine and analyze critical path activities for identification of schedule risk and potential delay impacts.
Represent the scheduling function for the project to the customer where contractually required.
Identify and highlight any significant drift to the PM and to the Site management proactively.
Validate the accuracy of the schedule information provided and investigate as required.
Perform robust Time Impact Analysis to negotiate time extensions for contractual changes as needed.
Manage other schedulers and develop a schedule driven work culture.
In tender phase, specific activities to be handled are:Evaluate and analyze the magnitude of the risks taken during the Tender Negotiation Phase for schedule aspects
Support the Bid Manager during the Negotiation phase.
In project phase specific activities to be handled are:Collect, update and consolidate the physical progress follow-up for the project.
Propose and coordinate the corrective actions for reducing risks of delay, maintainingfloats and improving time control.
Write the periodic progress report(s) in accordance with the Project Time ManagementPlan.
Provide expertise and support to project Sub System Managers and Work Package Owners
Provide regular project schedule updates to customer as contractually required with good level of detail and clarity.
