Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Possess or acquire an IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
3+ years’ experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL scripting.
3+ recent years of experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations.
3+ years’ experience with Windows Server platforms.
2+ years of virtualized server infrastructure experience
Strong ability to interact with customers.
Strong communication & process document skills.
Excellent communication, business analytical, and problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
Effective Customer Service and time-management skills / capabilities; including a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (internally) and/or externally
