Agoura Hills Accounting Firm seeking an intelligent, detail-oriented individual who can multi-task.
Long-term position with minimum 30 hours per week up to full-time.
Overtime available for weekends in January through April.
Duties include:
- Greeting clients/visitors
- Answering phones
- General office duties such as filing, scanning, emailing, faxing, and photocopying
- Assisting with administration such as making appointments and assembling tax returns
- Data entry, posting bank activity, reconciling bank accounts, entering payroll etc.
- Maintaining work logs
Ideal candidate needs to be a people person who is dependable, pays attention to detail and self-motivated. Must have critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Computer skills are required.
Experience with Quicken and/or QuickBooks preferred, but willing to train.
