Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative!
Must have P&C License
Associate Agent will be quoting and selling insurance products to new and existing customers while providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Quoting and selling insurance products
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, cross sell, and get referrals
- Treat each customer contact as a cross sell opportunity
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to our clients' insurance needs
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications:
- Must have Property & Casualty License
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
