Job Title: Finance/Administrative Assistant
Status: Part Time (20-35 hours a week)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately and timely manage billing
Process and reconcile deposits
Primary contact for Billing and AR including upkeep of records and taking care of customer requests
Maintains an updated and accurate file for vehicle fleet
Backup answering phone during call overflow.
Filing, organizing
Participates in safety training.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks Online, and any internet browser.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
More than two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Training:
Two years minimum experience
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
Communication skills
Ability to get along with fellow employees
Ability to follow directions
Asks questions as needed

This position must be performed from our office location. It is a lively environment, but this position’s office is a reasonably quiet area to work.
