Job Description
Our rapidly expanding company is ready to increase our team with an enthusiastic Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, be knowledgeable of basic accounting principles and various software systems; have excellent work ethics and organizational skills; and show ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for month end close process and financial reporting.
Assists with the preparation of the annual departmental budget and leads monthly trend analysis comparing actuals to budget.
Leads the effort of collecting accurate data relating to Company KPIs and the presentation of the information in a dashboard format.
Analyzes the return on sales promotions and marketing expenditures.
Responsible for the preparation and distribution of weekly/monthly sales reports and commissions.
Responsible for fixed assets and construction in progress accounting.
Records monthly inventory adjustments.
Reconciles biweekly payroll and records entries into the general ledger.
Other balance sheet reconciliations.
Documents Company policies and procedures.
Maintains all aspects of the corporate liability insurance policy as well as processes claims.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Keeps all sensitive materials secure and confidential at the highest level.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Power user of Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
Salary is DOE.
