Position Overview
The position is responsible for billing, audit and dispute resolution of carrier(vendor) invoices in the freight industry. These functions utilize Unishippers web-based programs. The position will interface on the phone/email with customers to provide quotations and answer general customer inquiries. Check us out at: www.unishippers.com

Hours: 25 30 Hours a Week, Daily M F, 5-6 Hours Between 8 am 5 pm
Essential Job Functions
Customer billing
Perform carrier invoice audits, file disputes and attain resolution
Assist in collection efforts
Answer phones
Generate quotes
Create shipping documents
Know the customer
Work with team to exceed customers expectations
