We are a growing tax resolution firm with a large caseload. Currently seeking a Case Worker and Case Manager to handle our current client base. You will work in conjunction with our staff of tax professionals. The Caseworker is responsible for collecting and preparing documents from clients and providing status updates on ongoing cases. This job requires exceptional time management and attention to detail.
Requirements
1+ years working in an office environment
Customer service experience
Excellent written and communication skills
Proficient and comfortable with office tools ( Microsoft word, CRM Systems )
Ability to multi-task
Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of federal and state tax preferred but not required
Duties/ Responsibilities
Review Documents
Interact with tax professionals, and clients
Assemble documents to present to government agency
Prioritize caseload
Verification of legal documentation
Other tasks and duties as needed
