What you will do
Collects accounts receivable.
Performs secondary billing of co-pays and deductibles to patients.
Resolves accounts receivable issues and determines need for additional collection actions as necessary.
Oversees collections of all accounts receivable and inputs payments as required.
Performs billing and billing audit functions by reconciling data verification list, pre-admit list, un-billed episodes and invoice processing
Supports Accounting Department by performing special projects as required.
Performs various analyses of Billing and Collections to insure proper revenue was received.
Maintains financial records relating to accounts receivable and collections.
Consistently meets project and monthly deadlines as established.
Arranges and attends monthly meeting with designated branch managers.

Who you are:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree is preferred
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
Ability to work on and coordinate multiple projects
Experience interacting with clients and customers
Collections, healthcare insurance, accounts receivable experience is preferred
