We have an opening in our busy medical call center in Camarillo. Shift is Mon - Fri from 10 am - 7 pm with the possibility of rotating (every other) Saturdays from 6 am - 2 pm. You won't work 6 days a week, on the weeks you work a Sat you have a week day off. MUST be computer literate and able to quickly learn our call center program. Call center and medical or transportation experience is a plus. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AVAILABILITY LISTED.

Ability to stay focused and accurately collect data in a noisy, fast paced environment
Proficiency in the use of computers,
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees
Exceptional professional and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, bus schedules, and safety rules
Aptitude to write routine reports and correspondence
Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality on all matters
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum high school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years call center experience desirable. 2 years experience working with persons with disabilities or the elderly population preferred. ADA compliance and transportation experience desirable.

Salary: $12.00 /hour + benefits after 90 day probation period
