Must have experience working in an office administration environment.
Attendance is an essential function of this job.
Job duties:
Answer all incoming calls and emails
Strong data entry of orders and return requests
Customer quotes and stock availability
Customer follow-ups
Weekly sales reports
Filing
Process return authorizations
Process ecommerce orders
Greet all incoming visitors
Help with various mailers, correspondence and promotional materials
Word, Excel and Outlook a must
Positive attitude
Detailed Oriented
Multi-task
Excellent communication and written skills
Reliable Transportation
