Customer Service Reps needed immediately! Client is seeking upbeat candidates that have excellent spelling and grammar skills! Candidate can be from a retail background. Intermediate level of Word, Excel and Outlook. You will take orders and assist customers with returns or damaged packages.
T/H, Full time, Hours are from 8am to 7pm. You will be given a schedule so you know two weeks in advance what your schedule with be. You will work one weekend day per month, Saturday or Sunday. There is a lot of overtime during the Holiday Season in November and December. You work approximately 10 hours extra per week during this time.
