Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) person to take charge and grow with our company. We are an established HVAC growth oriented local company that provides great career opportunities, good pay and benefits. The office is a fast pace multi-task office. The candidate we are looking for will be able to handle all customers in an efficient and respectful manner, filling in for dispatching and make calls to schedule maintenance appointments. Requirements:
Should be able to type 30+ WPM
Worked with computer programs (SW21 a plus)
Friendly phone person
Able to wear a headset
