Hours and Compensation
Flexibility in hours/shifts M-F (4:50am-6:15pm) & Sat (4:50am-1:45pm) Must be able to work some Saturdays
$16/hr.
Position Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for various services (including but not limited to coming due/overdue patients)
Handle inbound calls and live chats
Must be able to multi-task
Handle emergency situations with clients/pets
Effective communication (written and verbal) with strong closing skills
Educate clients on animal wellness
Review and update client and patient data
Accurately complete tasks each shift
Work independently as well as a team member in a friendly and supportive environment
Provide excellent client service and telephone etiquette
Achieve performance goals
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School diploma
Basic math skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
2-3 years client service experience
Ability to handle calls efficiently based on goals
Professional work ethic
Time management and problem solving skills
Ability to overcome objections
Adapt to changing environment
Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time, which includes keyboard and mouse use
