Custom cabinet shop located in Newbury Park, serving the Southern California community seeking a Professional Cabinet CAD Draftsman for custom cabinets in the Commercial, Multi-Family, and Custom Home fields.Duties to include:
Preparing, submitting, and revising shop drawings based on supplied architecture designs/drawings for milling on CNC equipment
Creating or revising drawings from field dimensions
Communicating schedules and specifications with Architects, Designers, General Contractors, and ClientsSkills and Experience:
Experience using Cabinet Vision and S2M a must (version 11 or higher preferred)
Knowledge of Cabinetry and Millwork Fabrication and Installation
Must be a self starter who is organized, responsible, with a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
Must have the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people from multitudes of backgrounds including, but not limited to. Co-Workers, Clients, Designers, Architects, General Contractors, Etc.
Additional software experience with Microsoft Office or other productivity software is a plus.
