Rabalais Bistro in Santa Paula is now hiring for the position of Assistant Manager with an emphasis on strong Barista skills. We take great pride in serving delicious home made Southern Cajun food, hand crafted baked goods, and specialty coffee by Prospect Coffee Roasters in Ventura. This person must have a passion for serving people and have excellent leadership and communication skills. This position requires the ability to make quick decisions, multi- task, and work well with others. Serving and/or bar tending experience is a plus. Must be available weekends.
