We’re looking to add someone to our amazing team of coffee professionals at both locations. We have a small specialty cafe in Ventura inside our Roasting Plant + Production facility, and a larger cafe + bakery in Downtown Ojai.
Must have a passion for coffee, love people, work well as a team, be self motivated and detail oriented. Open availability is a must, no previous coffee experience necessary.
We hold a high quality standard and our training is extensive, so we’re looking for folks that want to learn more about coffee and it’s processes. Don’t worry we’ll teach you all you need to know: from growing to sourcing, roasting and brewing.
