Looking for Catering Cook to work in a high volume catering kitchen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in high volume catering kitchen
Ability to execute large batch recipes
Prepare menu items following established recipes
Quality, consistency and accuracy is a must
Complies with sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
3 years Kitchen Experience (Catering preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume kitchen
Good communication skills
Experience working in a team orientated environment
Food handler permit required
Physical demands of the job include but are not limited to:
Standing and walking during entire shift
Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, stirs, pours and carries supplies
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds in weight on a semi regular basis
