We hit the road with our hand-crafted pizza in 2016 and established ourselves as a premier wood fired pizza catering company. We built a following through catering wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, birthdays, baby showers and local events! Now we've secured a brick-and-mortar location in Agoura Hills and are set to open between December 2021 – January 2022! Two Doughs Pizza Co. is ecstatic to open our family-owned business in our hometown community where Two Doughs was nurtured and developed. We have an amazing Consulting Executive Chef, Chris Ansari, who helped establish the menu and concept from the beginning. Now, we are seeking a Chef de Cuisine who will carry on the established success and take it to the next level.
As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for leading, delegating and administering the planning, preparation, production, and control of all culinary operations in the restaurant and catering. Responsible for leading the kitchen team and delivering high quality products while maintaining profitability.
Direct and oversee all culinary operations, to include, but not limited to, production of all restaurant and catering food, food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations, team member productivity and performance, implementation of policies and procedures, cost controls and overall profitability
Perform general management duties including, but not limited to, systems management, menu food costing, report generation, prep planning and delegating, inventory management
Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing leadership, supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
Recruit, interview and train team members
Create and implement new menus and individual menu items based on seasonal food changes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
