Payment is based on an hourly, biweekly pay schedule. The current schedule is running 30/35 hours per week, with the busy season opening up as many as 50/55 hours per week if you are ambitious. Starting rate for cooks is $13-15/hr depending on their experience, ability to grow, and desire to learn.
