DISHWASHER/LAVAPLATOS
Needed immediately
Candidates must have experience as a dishwasher, we do not use any machinery for washing.
Additional requirements for ideal candidates:
1. Ability to take direction.
2. Ability to work in a team environment and be able work well with others.
3. Ability to work hard.
4. Maintains the bakery/restaurant and patio always clean by practicing food safety, sanitation and organizational skills while working as a team
5. Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
BARISTA
For Baristas/Servers, we are looking for people that can open & close the bakery/restaurant as we will only consider applicants with a minimum of 2 years experience in the field.
You must have experience in making specialty coffees, such as cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, etc. Must be able to serve beer/wine, pastries and run food as well as handle the POS.
Candidates must be self motivated, able to work well under pressure, be organized, work clean, and know how to provide great service with a smile. A great personality goes a long way. You must be willing to work hard, fast, but safely.
