DISHWASHER
Responsibilities:
Wash all dishes, silverware, pots and pans as needed
Ensure dishwasher has appropriate soap and drying agents added
Clean kitchen as directed by supervisor
Return dishes back to designated areas in the kitchen
Communicate with kitchen staff
Occasionally help with food preparation
Pay: $16

BUSSER
Pay: $14 per hour plus tips!

Responsibilities:
Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables
Returning plates and utensils to dish pit
Mopping and sweeping dining areas
Communicate with customers and staff members

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Follow The THBC recipe book
Set-up and stock of the station assigned with the right pars
Have general knowledge of cooking temperatures, making sauces, preparing entrees, and preparation of our menu ingredients
Uses food preparation equipment and appropriate cleaning and sanitation according to manufacturers’ instructions.
Maintains and cleans workstation and equipment and takes care of leftover food
Returns unused food products to proper storage areas
Assists with preparation of Prep-List and help where it is needed
Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures including those relating to personal hygiene, and new regulations for “COVID-19”
Always keep all refrigeration, equipment, storage and working areas in clean working condition, in order to comply with health department regulations
Returns soiled food preparation utensils and other small wares to the dishwasher area
Prepares meats, poultry, seafood and other items for cooking according to Health code
Minimize waste and maintain control to attain forecasted food cost
Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, workstations, cutting boards tools and utensils and other equipment as needed
Makes recommendations for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the Kitchen area and equipment
Requirements:
Valid California Food Handlers Card
Attends staff meetings
Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Manager
