The Ojai Deer Lodge is looking for a lead line cook! General Responsibilities / Skills Required:
Ability to lead the line in an effective and efficient manner.
Produce orders, when necessary.
Food and supply orders, when necessary.
Supporting Chef in creating and implementing specials.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Maintaining organization in the kitchen and storage rooms.
Creating a cohesive communication standard between front and back of house’
Flexible schedule, with priority availability for day shifts.
