Restaurant Manager Opportunities
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience

At this time we are currently looking for the following Restaurant Manager positions in the Oxnard area:
General Manager
Restaurant Manager

General Manager: Minimum of 3+ years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurant General Manager experience
Restaurant Manager: Minimum of 2+ years of current Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurant Manager experience
Previous experience managing high volume (over $3m per year) Full Service or Upscale Casual Restaurants
Strong track record of hiring and developing talented hourly employees
Outstanding oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Passion for customer service and taking care of guests
Dedication to excellent food quality and ensuring our kitchen maintains high levels of hygiene and consistency
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the Oxnard area
