Duties And Responsibilities
Provides leadership and guidance to all front and back of the house operations, ensuring excellence in guest service by upholding our philosophy “every guest every time”
Manage shifts which includes: daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while ensuring consistency in the delivery of high quality food and service
Motivates employees and utilizes leadership skills through ongoing training, development, and follow up
Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards, and liquor regulations
Oversee all financial and personnel related administrative duties, and ensuring all is completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
At least 3+ years Management experience in a full service, high volume restaurant establishment
Extensive front and back of the house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
