Now hiring for 12-hour shifts for in-home support of our wheelchair-bound, elderly female client. We expect this ongoing assignment to begin on or around July 24.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Assistance with all activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting.
Provide socialization and mental stimulation. Engage in conversation, play games, help Client enjoy activities of her choosing.
Plan and prepare meals for Client and her spouse.
Assist with household duties including Client's personal laundry and light cleaning.
May perform grocery shopping or other errands.
Client uses wheelchair transport to go out. Caregiver will accompany her.
REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRE
Current on CA Registry;
Able and willing to perform all duties of the job;
Must be sociable, and enjoy working with others;
Must be self-directed: see and do what needs to be done;
Must complete all company orientation and training requirements;
This client requires a female caregiver. (We do have other assignments for male caregivers);
