We are looking for LVN who has experience in home health to be our Community Liaison/marketer. As the Liaison-marketer you would help get referrals from the community for patients who need our services. The referral sources my be from the hospital, Doctors offices, nursing homes or the community at large. Having a medical background is a plus as you will be able to interact effectively with other medical disciplines and engage with our patients in helping them establish their care plan with our agency.
