Angel of God Hospice and Palliative Care is looking for a part time Bilingual/Spanish LCSW/MSW to deliver varied social work services to Hospice patients and their families. To provide initial emotional, spiritual, psychology assessments, ongoing counseling, bereavement services and community education, outreach and referral.
Qualifications: Must be Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Master's Degree in psychology, social work or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a social worker, preferred
Active patient contact within past three years, preferred
